What Is a Luxewell Home

Most luxury homes are designed for how they look. A Luxewell home is designed for how you feel in it: the air you breathe, the light through the day, the way you sleep, move, and recover. We design the systems, curate the specialists, and build a home with fresh air, daylight, filtered water and quiet designed in.

Designed by Nature

Light, air, and the land. In every room.

Floor-to-ceiling glass and window-wall doors that open the house to the outdoors. Soaring ceilings and exposed timber. Reclaimed barnwood and stone, and daylight that follows the sun. Biophilic design is the organizing idea here: a constant connection to nature wherever you stand.

The Framework

Every home built in three layers.

A ladder to climb, not an à-la-carte gadget list. Each layer groups systems and spaces by what they are for.

The Land

We design the land, not just the house.

Kitchen gardens and orchard rows. Room for hens, flowers, and a path worth walking every morning. A Luxewell home is planned so the living things around you are within eyesight and earshot, because we think the land belongs in daily life.

How It Works

From vision to a finished home, built around air, water, light and quiet.

01

Design

We design your whole-home wellness systems and biophilic details (for a new build or a renovation) around your health goals and your land.

02

Curate

We've partnered with a premier homebuilding company (30+ years of experience across North & Northwest Georgia) along with licensed specialists for every trade, from HVAC and lighting to sauna, plunge, and finishes.

03

Build

We manage the build and quality end to end, and hand you a home designed with fresh-air ventilation, water filtration, daylight and quiet rooms in mind.

Are you a builder? We work with more than one. If you build in Georgia and want to add a wellness scope to your homes without hiring for it, here is how that works.

About Us

Jared & Annette Thurmon

We didn't come to wellness from a spa. We came to it from a job site and a hospital floor.

Jared grew up in construction and development, building senior living communities, and learning early how deeply the places we live shape how well we age. Annette spent her career as an ICU charge nurse, at the bedside when health finally caught up with people.

From both ends, we kept seeing the same thing. We think health is built from daily habits, and the first place to look is the home you live in every day.

That's why we build Luxewell homes. It is the home we want for our own family, and for yours: fresh air in every room, morning light, dark bedrooms and quiet nights.

Good Questions

What people ask us first.

Where do you build?

North and Northwest Georgia to start, roughly within 90 minutes of Adairsville and the north side of Atlanta. Building on your land or helping you find it.

What does a Luxewell home cost?

New builds typically begin around $1.5 million, land excluded, and scale with size and the depth of the wellness systems. Renovations and system retrofits are scoped case by case.

How long does it take?

Design and drawings usually run 3–5 months; construction 12–16 months depending on scope. Wellness systems are designed in from day one, never bolted on.

Who actually builds the home?

Luxewell designs the home and its wellness systems, curates every specialist, and verifies the result. Construction is delivered with our builder partner: 30+ years of homebuilding in this region. You'll meet them by name in your first consultation.

Can you upgrade the home I already own?

Yes. Air, water, light, and recovery systems can be retrofitted as part of a renovation, scoped case by case. For a quick first look at your home, take the free Healthy Home Quiz.

How does financing work?

You can use a standard construction loan through your own bank or a builder-experienced lender; we coordinate draws and documentation with your lender throughout the build.
